R&D Activity

Design & Engineering

To meet the requirements for the required application designed solutions, each SSD conducts its own design and engineering efforts. All relevant design and specification information is first carefully examined, along with any requirements for integrating with already-existing infrastructure. To guarantee ultimate conformity with customer wish lists, early input to the customer on design/performance difficulties and additional interface requirements are conveyed in advance.

For carrying out such design and engineering tasks, the most recent engineering software tools are used, guided by best design and engineering practices, in compliance with applicable standards. Manufacturing Activity

Aartech now operates two production facilities, one each in Mandideep, M.P., and Parwanoo, H.P. One of our unit is situated 20 kilometers from Bhopal in the industrial town of Mandideep. It covers 12,000 square meters of land and 1500 square meters of built-up space, and it has all the tools, machinery, and storage space it needs for its SSDs. In Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh, our second unit supports the production of the BTS 2000 & LT microprocessor-based fast bus transfer system SSD.

Testing Facility

Various routine testing needs for our products are carried out using a variety of electrical, electronic, and environmental testing tools. To accommodate the various needs of testing application-specific requirements, testing arrangements are frequently adapted. When designing and engineering a product, a factory acceptance test (FAT) procedure is created and presented for customer approval.

Quality Assurance
